Singularity Sky provides software development services and digital products, including but not limited to web applications, SaaS products, and custom software solutions. The specific terms of any custom development engagement will be governed by a separate contract or statement of work.

Some of our products may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, systems, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
- Use our services to transmit malicious software or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software except as permitted by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services — including software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Singularity Sky and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.
For custom development work, intellectual property ownership will be defined in the specific contract or statement of work for that engagement.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing for our products and services is as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.
For subscriptions, billing will recur at the interval specified at the time of purchase (monthly or annually) until cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Our Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them carefully.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singularity Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Singularity Sky, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
