Digital Products & Software Subscriptions
Because our products are digital in nature and delivered electronically, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Technical failure: If the product is fundamentally non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same product or service, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
- Unauthorized transaction: If a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately and we will investigate and process a refund if appropriate.
Refund Request Process
- Contact us at customer.support@singularitysky.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
- We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
- We will investigate and respond with a determination within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Custom Software Development Services
For custom development engagements, refund terms are governed by the specific contract or statement of work agreed upon between Singularity Sky and the client. In general:
- Work completed and delivered according to the agreed specification is non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled before completion, charges for work already performed will apply.
- Milestone-based payments are refundable only for milestones not yet started.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you are dissatisfied with a product or service, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
- Email us at customer.support@singularitysky.com with the subject line "Dispute" and include your transaction details.
- We will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
- If we are unable to resolve the issue, you retain the right to dispute the charge through your bank or payment provider.
