Refund & Dispute Policy

At Singularity Sky, we are committed to delivering high-quality software products and services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and disputes for all transactions processed through our platform.

Digital Products & Software Subscriptions

Because our products are digital in nature and delivered electronically, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us at customer.support@singularitysky.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
  3. We will investigate and respond with a determination within 5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Custom Software Development Services

For custom development engagements, refund terms are governed by the specific contract or statement of work agreed upon between Singularity Sky and the client. In general:
