This policy explains how you can cancel subscriptions and services purchased from Singularity Sky.
Software Subscriptions
If you have purchased a subscription to one of our software products:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining term of annual subscriptions unless required by applicable law.
- Free trials can be cancelled at any time before the trial period ends without being charged.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to your subscription settings, or
- Emailing us at customer.support@singularitysky.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and your account details.
Cancellations submitted via email will be processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
Custom Development Services
For custom software development engagements:
- Cancellation terms are governed by the specific contract or statement of work agreed upon between both parties.
- In general, clients may cancel a project at any time, but will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any deposits or advance payments for work not yet performed will be refunded, minus a reasonable administrative fee as outlined in the contract.
Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the product or service until the end of your current billing period.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your billing period, during which time you may export your data.
- After the 30-day retention period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
