This policy explains how you can cancel subscriptions and services purchased from Singularity Sky.

Software Subscriptions

If you have purchased a subscription to one of our software products:

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

  1. Logging into your account and navigating to your subscription settings, or
  2. Emailing us at customer.support@singularitysky.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and your account details.

Cancellations submitted via email will be processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
